Who we are

The website macman.io (“Website”) presents Machine Manager and is operated by xBranch. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the Website and what rights you have. For any privacy matter, contact us at support@xbranch.io.

What data we process

When you send us a message through the contact form we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. With your consent we also collect anonymised usage statistics (see Web analytics). The Website has no user accounts.

Purposes and legal bases

Contact form data is processed to respond to your inquiry (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps). Analytics data is processed only on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Web analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Website. It is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Google LLC acts as our processor and may process usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Processors and data sharing

We use Formspree, Inc. to deliver contact form submissions and Google LLC for analytics (only with consent). We never sell personal data. Providers may process data outside the EU only under valid safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Contact messages are kept until the inquiry is resolved and for a reasonable time thereafter. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Locally stored preferences remain until you clear your browser data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Slovenia: Informacijski pooblaščenec).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version with the date of the last change is always published on this page.
